This is the Second Codicil to the
Last Will and Testament bearing date the Eighteen (18th) day of June in the
year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Three (1903) of me Thomas George Collett of Mangaroa in the Provincial District of Wellington and
Dominion of New Zealand, farmer
Whereas my son Charles William
Collett was killed in action in France in or about the month of September One Thousand
Nine Hundred and Eighteen (1918) I therefore hereby direct and declare that all
and whatsoever moneys are by my said Will bequeathed to my said son shall go to
and be divided equally between my other sons and three daughters, Henry Edward
Collett, Albert George Collett, William
Herbert Collett, Elizabeth Sarah Goss, Emily Alice Benge,
and Ellen Mary Dick and in all other respects I hereby confirm my said Will
In witness whereof I have to this Codicil to my said Last Will and Testament subscribed my name this 28th day of November in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nineteen (1919)
